We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or simply deciding you no longer want the item.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

3. Handmade Pieces

As our jewellery is handmade, slight variations in finish, shape, texture, or detail may occur. These natural differences are part of the character of each piece and are not considered faults.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
